By using Senury ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Senury allows users to upload and post videos to TikTok using the official TikTok API. We do not store or modify your content beyond facilitating the upload process.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

• You must authenticate using your TikTok account to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Permitted Use

• You may only use the App for lawful purposes and in compliance with TikTok's terms.
• You may not upload prohibited content, including but not limited to illegal, abusive, or infringing material.

5. Privacy

• We do not store personal data beyond what is required for authentication and API communication.
• Our use of data complies with TikTok's privacy policies and API guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to failed uploads or account restrictions imposed by TikTok.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if we detect misuse, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with TikTok's policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
